About Peter

I started this practice because I was tired of watching AI projects fail.

Twenty years in digital, now spent doing one thing properly: getting AI actually implemented in real businesses.

Why this, now

The gap I kept seeing

For most of my career I sat close enough to AI projects to watch how they went wrong. A business would get excited, buy some tools, maybe bring in an agency, and six months later almost nothing had changed. The technology was never the problem. The way it was implemented always was.

Agencies staffed junior teams against senior day rates. Technologists built elegant systems that did not fit how the business actually worked. Both sides talked a good game and delivered very little. I decided I could do better on my own than most of them could do with fifteen people, so I did.

Background

Twenty years of digital

I have delivered CRO, paid media, SEO, and digital strategy for hundreds of businesses, from local trades to enterprise brands. I have run the campaigns, built the funnels, and sat in the rooms where the budgets get decided. That range matters more than it sounds: it means I understand a business as a whole system, not just the part I was hired to touch.

It also means I have seen every kind of provider, good and bad, from the inside. When I tell you where the money gets wasted, it is because I have watched it happen.

How I work now

The AI-leverage philosophy

Something real has changed in the last two years. AI now does the heavy lifting that used to require a room full of specialists. Research, drafting, prototyping, testing, the parts that ate weeks, now take hours. That does not replace judgement. It multiplies it.

So the model inverts. Instead of a senior person directing juniors who do the work, you get the senior person doing the work directly, with AI leverage handling the volume underneath. Fewer handoffs, no diluted thinking, and a project that moves at the speed of one focused mind rather than the speed of a committee.

Working style

How it feels to work with me

Every engagement is fixed-price and founder-led. You deal with me from the first call to launch, not an account manager relaying messages. I scope tightly, price up front, and tell you plainly when something is not worth doing.

I would rather talk you out of a bad project than take the money for it. That is not a sales line, it is how I keep clients for years instead of months. Transparent, direct, and accountable for the outcome, not just the deliverable.

What I believe

A few opinions

These are the views that shape how I work. If they resonate, we will probably get on well.

Implementation beats strategy decks

A plan nobody builds is worth nothing. I am judged on what is running in your business, not on how clever the slides were.

Seniority should touch the work

The person who understands your problem should be the person solving it, not briefing someone cheaper to have a go.

Say no to most AI ideas

Most things AI could do are not worth doing. The value is in the small number that genuinely change the numbers.

Honesty is the whole business

Plain pricing, honest advice, telling you when to stop. Trust is the only thing that compounds in this line of work.

In a sentence
Senior thinking, delivered by a senior person, at a speed no agency structure can match.
