An on-site day, with the preparation to make it count. I come to you, and I do the groundwork in advance, so the day itself is spent building, not scoping. One clear problem, one senior person in the room, something live by the end. It is ad-hoc senior access for a defined problem, not a fixed-price project. Anything built is yours to keep and run.
What it is
An on-site day where I come to you and work directly with your team to implement a specific AI improvement, hands on the tools. I do the preparation in advance, so we spend the day building rather than working out what to build. A fast, low-commitment way to get real change and to see how I work before a larger project.
