A half-day working session for eight owner-operators. You bring the business you want to move forward. I work out where AI fits, live in the room. No talks, no stands, no pitch.
Most owner-operators I speak to feel behind on AI. Not the tools. The strategy. They can see it matters. They cannot see where to start.
They have played with ChatGPT. Read the newsletters. Watched someone at a conference sound very confident about it. And they still cannot answer the actual question: what should we do first, in our specific business, that would actually move things?
The Implementation Room is for that. You do not need to arrive with an AI problem. You need to arrive with a business you would like to move forward and a genuine uncertainty about where AI fits.
One table, eight owner-operators, one senior practitioner running it. Everyone submits the business situation they want to move forward when they apply. I read every one, and on the day we work two or three of them live and in depth, chosen for what will teach the room most. Whether yours is one of them or not, you leave with a written recommendation for your own business.
Not a finished AI idea. A business you want to move forward, and a genuine uncertainty about where AI fits.
I work the chosen situations in front of everyone: where AI fits, what I would build first, why that one, and how. The others question, pressure-test, and spot what the person too close to it cannot see. This is the part I love, and it is the whole event.
Worked live or not, you get a written First AI System Recommendation for your own business within 48 hours: your first system named and specific, a step for that week, and everything you picked up from the room.
You do not need to arrive with the answer. You do not need to know what AI could do for your business. You do not need to have identified the AI problem.
You need to arrive with:
I do the work of translating that into where AI leverage would matter most. That is the point of having me in the room.
Examples of what people bring:
I look for three things in applications: a business at the right scale for peer learning, a real situation you can articulate specifically (even if you are not sure how AI fits), and someone who would add to the room as much as they take from it. I optimise for the room being right, not for prestige.
You will leave with at least one specific system worth building. If you do not, I have wasted your morning, and I do not run rooms that waste mornings. Nobody is sold to from the front, ever.
Eight seats, application only, and I choose the room personally. The next Room is on Thursday 5 November 2026, in Chichester. I confirm the exact venue with you when I offer you a place, so you can plan around it. The seat is free. To apply, I take a refundable £50 deposit, which keeps the applications serious. You get it back in full if I do not offer you a seat, and back again on the day if you come. The only way it is not returned is being offered a seat and not turning up, in which case it goes to the air ambulance rather than leaving a seat empty.
Twenty years in digital, now spent on one thing: getting AI actually implemented in real businesses. One senior operator, not an agency, not a junior team. I spend my weeks inside businesses like yours working out which AI is worth building and which is a distraction. In the Room, you get that judgement live, on your situation, in front of seven other owners working theirs.
Tell me who you are and what you would like to move forward in your business. When you submit, a refundable £50 deposit holds your application. You get it back in full unless you are offered a seat and do not turn up. I choose the eight and come back to you either way.
