What it is
Most AI spending goes wrong before a line of anything is built, because nobody worked out what the business actually needed first. The AI Readiness Assessment is that first piece of work, done properly and for a fixed fee. I look at how your business runs, where AI would genuinely earn its place, and which one thing is worth building before any other.
It is not a report that sits in a drawer. It is a short, specific, costed plan you can act on, whether that is with me or with anyone else. The point is that you leave knowing precisely what to build, why that one first, and what it will take.

How it works
The price
£1,495, fixed and agreed up front. If you go on to a build with me, the full £1,495 is credited against it. So for anyone who proceeds, the assessment pays for itself and then some. You carry none of the risk of paying for a plan that turns out to be a sales pitch, because it is yours to walk away with regardless.
For established UK businesses, typically turning over £1m to £20m, that want a clear, costed plan before committing to a programme of work. If you would rather test the water first, the free First AI System Recommendation names your first system after a short call, at no cost.

How long does it take?
Around two weeks from the kickoff call to the written assessment and readout. It starts with a working session to understand the business, then I do the analysis and write it up.
